Automate Payments
When you enroll a resident (via
Online Account
or Resident Enrollment Form), you create a perpetual payment program for your
resident. Unlike other programs, our system automatically collects your
residents rent with no required interaction from either the landlord or your
resident making the process of collecting 12 months of rent as easy as entering
the lease details in our system (via
Online Account or Lease Creation Form). |

Accept Credit Cards
Give your residents the ability to pay with their Checking, Savings, and/or
Credit Cards each month. By accepting credit cards you gain a greater
percentage of collected accounts. Our proprietary system gives you the ability
to accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Want an added
guarantee? Our system allows you to "backup a lease" with a residents credit
card. If the residents automated payment fails, we will then automatically try
their credit cards increasing the likelyhood of a successful collection! |

Import/Export Capability
If you use Yardi, Rent Manager, Onsite, or any other property management system
you can easily import/export using our state-of-the-art database technology.
